5. Booking and Consultation

  • 5.1 Appointment Booking: Users can book appointments through our platform or via telephonic services. We strive for confirmed appointments but aren't responsible for practitioner unavailability unless covered under our Guarantee Program.
  • 5.2 Video Consultation: Our Video Consultation module offers remote access to expert advice. While we ensure connectivity, technical issues beyond our control may arise. We advise users to have a stable internet connection for uninterrupted sessions.

6. Feedback and User Conduct

8. HealthCash and Payments

  • 8.1 General Information: HealthCash is a credit system for users, allowing payments for services like consultations, medicines, and diagnostics. HealthCash cannot be converted to real money or transferred to banks.
  • 8.2 Expiry and Notifications: HealthCash may have an expiry date, communicated via SMS, email, or app notifications. Users are responsible for using HealthCash before the expiration date.

9. Termination and Limitation of Liability
