These terms apply to the use of this website and to appointments with UR Physio Clinic. By using the website or booking an appointment, you agree to them.
1. Services
UR Physio Clinic provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment at its clinic in Murlipura Scheme, Jaipur, and at patients’ homes in selected areas. Physiotherapy does not replace emergency care or medical diagnosis by a doctor.
2. Appointments and cancellations
- Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, the website form or at the clinic.
- Please inform the clinic at least a few hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late arrival may shorten the session so that other patients are not delayed.
3. Home visits
- Home visits are subject to availability and location.
- A suitable space and an adult family member present are recommended during the session.
- Travel charges may apply depending on distance; these are confirmed before booking.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are explained before treatment begins and are payable by cash or UPI at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed. Package payments, where offered, are explained in advance.
5. Medical disclaimer
Information on this website is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for a personal assessment. Results of treatment vary between individuals. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.
6. Patient responsibilities
- Share accurate medical history, medicines and reports.
- Inform the physiotherapist about any pain, discomfort or change in your condition during treatment.
- Follow the home exercise advice as explained.
